About
Our condo has recently been updated in a chic alpine modern style. It is perfect to come home after a long day of skiing or hiking to cook a dinner in the well-stocked kitchen. Wake up to views of the ski area and surrounding forest from the large deck. Take the free bus to skiing or town.
Good to know
Great Room The great room has a large kitchen with everything you need for to cook a full set of meals during your stay. We even provide some drip coffee and tea. There is a three-person breakfast bar. The dining table seats four. The living room has a sofa and two lounge chairs. The large TV is equipped with cable and smart features. Bedrooms There are two bedrooms. One has a king bed. The other has bunk beds (or two twins) and a desk for work-from-home. Bathroom The bathroom is conveniently separated into two parts-the first has just a sink and the second has the tub/shower and toilet. We provide shampoo, soap, conditioner, and a hair dryer. Amenties There is a full size washer/dryer in the unit. We also provide two sets of snowshoes.
Other Details to Note
This is in an older complex that isn't in as good as shape on the outside as the inside. Most neighbors are full-time residents so we ask you respect them. This is an end unit, but walls are thin: you will likely hear the neighbors and they will hear you. We are NOT in-town or ski-in, ski-out-you have to drive or take the shuttle. NO PETS-it’s a strict hoa rule. There is only two parking passes.

Baldy Mountain Townhomes is located on Boreas Pass, just outside the Town of Breckenridge. There are hiking, snowshoeing trails nearby. You have to drive or take the free Summit Stage shuttle to get to town or skiing.
