Designed in a hip mountain-modern style, this is the perfect home for large groups with enough private space for everyone. Tons of bedrooms/bathrooms, three distinct living areas for different parts of the family to play and socialize. Hot tub, game table, three TVs will keep everyone entertained. The main kitchen is fully stocked to prep a big meal where you can share at the large dining room table. Also, close to town, trails and skiing for easy access.

Other Details to Note

Ski-out access is via the Burro Trail which is about 100 yards from the house. It is a trail through the woods that gets you to the bottom of Peak 9. Any intermediate skier can do this trail but it only is effective when Peak 9 lifts are open. Ski-in access is via a trail through the woods. You must go to the top of Peak 10, ski down Cimarron (a black run), enter through the backcountry gate and follow a trail through the woods. It is only for expert adventurous skiers an only accessible when Peak 10 is open. The free shuttle stops about 100 yards from the house but only operates late December to late March. It takes you to town and a short walk to the lifts Summer Burro Trail access is about 100 yards from the house for hiking /moutntain biking , or a walk into town.

Accessibility

Neighborhood

Located just a mile from town in Warrior's Mark West, the house is a 1.5 mile drive to the shops and restaurants of Main Street. It is about 2 miles to the base of Peak 9 of the ski area. During peak season (late December to late March), there is a free shuttle that stops about 100 yards from the house. Or, if you are brave, there is a ski trail through the woods to the resort (you must be a black diamond skier to ski back to the house). In the summer, this serves as a great hiking trail to town or up the mountains.

We had a fantastic 7-night stay at Jerrod and Jack’s beautiful home in Breckenridge! We were 8 adults and 8 kids (4 families), and the house was perfect for our group. It’s fully equipped with everything you need, the kitchen is great for big meals, and the basement play area with ping pong was a huge hit. The hot tub easily fit all the kids, and the whole house was spotless and very comfortable. The slopes are just a 5-minute drive (with shuttle options too), and Jerrod and Jack were incredibly attentive and responsive. We’ll definitely be back next year!

This was a great place for our large group. I really appreciated the baby gates, fans, and humidifiers. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything that we needed to make meals. Jack and Jerrod are great hosts and I definitely recommend staying here!

My friends and I had such great time! Plenty of room for everyone to fit comfortably, dine together, play games together, and even take some space from the group for an uninterrupted nap. Check-in/out instructions were clear and simple. Jack and Jerrod were kind and responsive! One of my favorite things was the rainfall shower head in the En Suite 🚿

All of the rooms had king beds with only the one bunk room. SUCH a great feature. Each family had a good side room, king bed, space for a pack and play and the bunk room was great for the older kids to share. The walk to the ski shuttle saved us each $30+ a day for parking plus the ease to just walk out! The house was great, two refrigerators made finding space for all our food easy. Loved the place. J&J are so nice, responsive and helpful! Definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at Jack and Jerrod's home. We stayed 1 week with a party of 16 adults and it housed all of us comfortably. We stayed in most of our nights for dinner and were continually impressed at how well stocked the kitchen was with cookware and different appliances to fit each of our dinner plans. The ski out trail was easily accessible and well marked. No review for the ski in trail as the peak 10 lifts weren't open for the duration of our visit. We will 100% be staying at Jack and Jerrod's home on our future trips.

We had a wonderful stay. We traveled with three families with children and the set up of the house worked well. The check-in and checkout process was seamless. The kids especially loved the pool table and ping-pong downstairs along with the hot tub. It was a lovely neighborhood. Unfortunately, due to the lack of snowfall, we were unable to ski in and ski out, but it was an easy drive to the mountain and there was also a shuttle bus stop nearby.
