Micro two bedroom nestled in the trees about one mile south of downtown and the ski area. Decorated in a hip mountain-modern style, we have everything you'd need for a fantastic woodsy getaway. Sit on the massive sofa and stream a movie or enjoy the treetop setting from the large deck. This place is way cooler than your typical ski condo. Not ski-in, ski-out and not right in town, but hiking trails and the free town/ski shuttle are a few hundred feet away. Or walk about a mile to Main Street.
Good to know
Our home is small in square footage (650sf) but feels open with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows. The kitchen is stocked to cook a full meal and has a two-person eating bar and two-person dining table. The living room has a massive comfy couch, an internet-connected TV (no cable), and an electric fireplace. There is a large balcony with table/chairs, gas grill, and views to distant peaks. The bedrooms are super small but functional: one has a queen bed and the other has a built-in bunk bed. The bathroom has a slate shower (no bathtub) and a reclaimed vanity with carved rock sink. We provide shampoo/conditioner/body wash. There is free uncovered parking.
Other Details to Note
As with most condos in Breck, there is no AC as it rarely gets above the 70s in Breckenridge. There are fans for the summer. This is in an older condo complex with a mix of rentals and full-time residents. The washer/dryer is small and a combo that takes a LONG time. There is a detachable guard rail for upper bunk if desired.

Neighborhood
Now Colorado, located in the Warrior's Mark neighborhood, is a vintage 1970s-era complex that isn't as cool on the outside as our place is on the inside. This unit doesn't share any walls so it seems like a cabin in the woods, but is above another condo so please respect the neighbors. It feels very secluded, as most windows have views of treetops with mountains peeking through. There are no complex amenities here but we recommend the Breckenridge Rec Center for hot tubs/pool/gym.
