About

Freshly remodeled in a hip modern mountain style, our condo is in the heart of Breck. Wake up to views of the sun hitting the ski area. Gear up walk about a block across Main Street and to the gondola. At the end of the day, come home to the comfy couch (which also converts to a bed), watch a movie on the smartTV and cook up a full meal or hit one of the nearby restaurants. At the end of the night, the comfy King bed will leave you ready for your next day of adventure.

Good to know

Our home has a large great room with pull-out sofa, chairs, a four-person dining table. The open kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal including dishwasher and microwave. We provide drip coffee and all the essentials. The bathroom has a cool rock sink and large shower. The bedroom has a comfy king bed and closet.

Other Details to Note

Our condo is located in an old building. It’s not super fancy and the walls are thin so you will hear the neighbors and the neighbors will hear you. We encourage light sleepers to run the fan or bathroom fan.

Neighborhood

The condominium is perfectly located just a couple blocks to Main Street for all of Breck's famous shops, bars, and restaurants. The gondola is a short walk down a trail for access to Peak 8 skiing in the morning. At the end of the day, take the gondola back down or the ski back trail stops a few blocks away. The Breck Rec Center isn't too far if you are looking for a hot tub or gym. Summer trails can also be accessed from nearby.

Great trip and easy walk to the gondola if you plan on getting to the mountain. I’ve stayed in many places at Breck and this is by far the best one location wise!

Had a great time staying at Jack and Jerrod’s Air bnb. They had clear instructions on how to get checked in and even followed up with me to assure I had everything I needed. The location is great if you want to walk to the Gondola for skiing or just want to explore Main Street. The apartment/condo itself was very clean and welcoming, and I would highly recommend anyone visiting to give this place a look!

Truly an impeccable place, unbeatable location, and superb cleanliness. Pictures don’t do justice to this place. Exquisite taste in the renovation, decor. It’s got everything one can need and more! The place transmits the care and love it’s been put forth in designing the space.

The place is pristine, has a beautiful living room / kitchen area - is pretty easy to walk to town, has all the amenities and a TV with streaming channels. Would def stay there again!

For my first solo trip to Breckenridge it was what I needed and Jack and Jerrod allowed for a relaxing environment. Main Street was close in relation to where I was staying so it was really convenient along with relation to the gondolas to get up lifts. Will definitely try and stay here and recommend my friends to their location!

Jack y Jerrod fueron excelentes anfitriones, muy amables y siempre disponibles para responder cualquier consulta. El alojamiento está en una ubicación súper céntrica, muy limpio, con una cocina bien equipada y exactamente como aparece en las fotos. Las indicaciones para llegar fueron claras y el acceso fue muy fácil. Sin duda, lo recomiendo.
